🍤 Spicy Prawns Fry Recipe

Ingredients:

300g cleaned prawns (small or medium)

1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

1 tsp red chili powder

½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

Juice of ½ lemon

1 tbsp rice flour or corn flour (for crispiness)

2 tbsp oil

Fresh curry leaves (optional)

Green chilies (slit, optional)
Instructions:

Marinate the Prawns:

In a bowl, mix prawns with ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and rice flour.

Set aside for 15–20 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Fry the Prawns:

Heat oil in a pan.

Add curry leaves and green chilies if using.

Add marinated prawns in a single layer. Fry on medium heat for 6–8 minutes, flipping occasionally until golden, crispy, and cooked through.
