Order Acceptance: Your order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation via app/website/WhatsApp.
Pricing & Payment: Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure full payment is made at the time of delivery.
Delivery: We aim for same-day delivery, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational constraints. In such cases, we will keep you informed.
Returns & Issues: Any product-related concern must be raised within 1 hour of delivery with photographic proof for eligibility for replacement or refund.
